Primary Care
Our family medicine providers are concerned with the total health care of our patients and their families. Columbus Clinic physicians are trained to diagnose and treat a wide variety of ailments in patients of all ages. Special emphasis is placed on prevention and the primary care of entire families. This includes utilizing consultations and community resources.
All board-certified family physicians have completed a three-year internship and residency program, which includes training in pediatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, psychiatry, geriatrics and community medicine. This provides them with the ability to treat nearly 95 percent of all illnesses. Our family physicians are also concerned about preventative medicine; this means being just as interested in keeping you healthy as in getting you well.
